I have tried so many different gels, but every one has given me an”upset stomach “ after my long runs! I tried Revvies Gellys as I used to use their energy strips - but now have to avoid caffeine. They taste great, are easy to open, not sticky (like most gels!) - and have a great consistency, which makes it easy to eat them over a 4-5 minute time frame (to avoid overloading the stomach). I strongly recommend these gels, I am so happy that I tried them!

I use these regularly and find it’s a comfort thing for me at the start of a run and when I’m tiring. Mint one is my favourite. I only wish they were easier to open. I do pre peel for my mid run but they aren’t that easy to open.
I tried Revvies Energy Gellys this week and I had no doubt they would be great!, I already use both the Strips and Hydration, so no surprise when the Gellys are just as awesome. Perfect for those early morning tough sessions!
I originally got these for running, but now I use them for hiking too. Super easy on the stomach, no mess and they taste great. You don't get the crash afterwards either. Love them!
