Revvies Hypotonic Electrolyte Drink has been formulated to contain up to 5 times less sugar than isotonic sports drinks.
The sugars included aid the rapid absorption of the electrolytes and water.
We have also selected our electrolytes to provide maximum bioavailability, whilst being easy on the stomach. For example, whilst many formulations still use sodium chloride to replace the lost sodium through sweet, Revvies uses sodium citrate because research has shown it to be much easier on the gut, and absorbs faster when in the presence of glucose.

Ingredients: Sucrose, Glucose, Sodium Citrate, Freeze Dried Berry Juice Powder, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Citrate, Calcium Citrate, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Citric Acid, Thaumatin.

Unlike many hydration formulas Revvies’ electrolyte levels align with World Health Organisation’s (WHO) standards for Oral Rehydration Therapy Solutions meaning it can be used to treat mild to moderate dehydration.
Our formulation has up to 3 times more electrolytes than leading sports drinks, delivering optimum amounts of sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and chloride.
We have also selected our electrolytes to provide maximum bioavailability, whilst being easy on the stomach.

Suitable for all sports and activities.
For general hydration take one serve a day, and other fluids.
For rehydration after 60 minutes of exercise take 2 serves.
For hydration during exercise over 60 minutes take 2 serves each hour, and a fuel source to optimise performance.

We have developed Revvies Hydration as a powder rather than an effevescent tablet to allow greater flexability in use, and to avoid bicarbonates which can irritate the gut.
The powder format makes it easy for users to adjust the concentration to taking into account their individual sweat rate, and weather conditions.
