Revvies Extra Strength Arctic Charge gives you 100mg of caffeine per strip in a peppermint and menthol flavour. Each strip dissolves on your tongue, so there's no water, no chewing and no waiting for it to work through your stomach. Each pack holds five individually wrapped strips, small enough for a pocket or race belt. They're sugar-free, vegan, gluten-free and under 2 calories, and accredited by Informed Sport for batch testing.

Directions
- Place one strip on or under your tongue and let it dissolve fully. Don't chew. No water needed.
- Take one strip about 5 minutes before exercise, or whenever you need a boost.
- For sessions over 90 minutes, take an additional strip roughly every 45-60 minutes.
- Tip: fold back the peel corners before you head out, so the strips are easy to open on the move.
- Do not exceed 200mg of caffeine from all sources.
